Hyderabad, March 15 (NSS): The Telangana Congress party, which has taken the Lok Sabha elections prestigiously, is leaving no stone unturned to attract the rival party leaders, especially belonged to the Bharat Rashtra Samithi ( BRS). Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s recent sensational comment that only former chief minister KCR’s family members will be left in BRS if they open the gates has become a hot topic.
As part of its action plan, the Congress party has intensified it’s operation to attract more leaders from the rival parties. Now, the BRS leaders are now making a beeline to shake hands with the Chief Minister.
In Friday, former minister and BRS MLA Danam Nagender and BRS MP Pasunuri Dayakar called on the Chief Minister separately in the city. While Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender met the Chief Minister at his residence, Warangal MP Pasunuri Dayakar called on Revanth Reddy at the Secretariat.
Party sources said that both BRS leaders have expressed their interest to join the Congress party soon. (NSS)
