Hyderabad, Aug.2 (NSS):Advocate Venkata Naik has lodged a complaint with the Cybercrime Police against those who had morphed Telangana Minister Seethakka’s video and spread it on social media. He asked the police to take action against those who morphed the video and circulated it on X account.
He also lodged a complaint with the police urging them to take action against those who morphed the video of State Minister Ponnam Prabhakar. The cyber crime police have registered a case and are investigating the case based on the complaint of Advocate Venkata Naik. A case was registered under IT Act 2000 – and 200 79,33, (4),353(1) of the BNS Act.
There was also a discussion in the Telangana Legislative Assembly on Minister Sitakka’s video morphing. Minister Ponnam Prabhakar said morphing videos were being posted on social media at will. He said the police should take action on this. He also said such posts were also being made on Tribal Women Minister.
