Hyderabad, Aug.14 (NSS): GHMC Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi has made it clear that the employees should be on duty till 10.30 am every day.
On Wednesday, Mayor Vijayalakshmi conducted a surprise inspection of the offices located on the ground floor of the GHMC headquarters and checked the attendance of the employees. On the occasion, she visited various departments and inspected whether employees attended to duties or not. In various sections, the staff was asked at what time they had arrived at their office by the Mayor.
Speaking on the occasion, she said that employees must follow office working hours and made it clear that indiscipline would not be tolerated by her. She directed that the attendance registers of the employees from each department must be sent to the Mayor’s chamber by 10.45 am. She inspected the control room, CPRO office, Citizen service centre and treasury departments on the ground floor.
The Mayor was accompanied by OSD Vijay Krishna, CPRO Murtuza Ali, OSD Anuradha and others.
