
Hyderabad, Aug.22 (NSS):Justice Alok Aradhe, Chief Justice, High Court for the State of Telangana & Patron-in-Chief, Telangana State Legal Services Authority, has virtually inaugurated three-day Training Programme to Community Mediators (volunteers) (CMs) at Nizamabad District on Thursday at 9.30 am from the High Court premises, Hyderabad in the presence of Justice Sujoy Paul, Judge, High Court for the State of Telangana & Executive Chairman, Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Justice K. Surender, Judge, High Court for the State of Telangana & Administrative Judge for Nizamabad District, Justice J. Sreenivas Rao, Judge, High Court for the State of Telangana & Administrative Judge for Kamareddy District. The Resource Persons for the said three-day Training Programme are Dr Mohammad Shamim, Retd. Principal. District & Sessions Judge and Giribala Singh, Retd. Prl. District & Sessions Judge.
The programme commenced at 9.30 am with a welcome address delivered by Suneetha Kunchala, Prl. District & Sessions Judge-cum-Chairperson, DLSA, Nizamabad. She said this training programme provides a Community based Platform. Dr CH.V.R.R. Varaprasad, Prl. District & Sessions Judge-cum-Chairperson, DLSA, Kamareddy, said in obedience to the directions of Justice Sujoy Paul, Judge, High Court for the State of Telangana and Executive Chairman, TSLSA, we have identified 65 Community Mediator Volunteers i.e., 20 from Kamareddy sub-division, 17 from Yellareddy Sub-Division, 12 from Banswada Sub-Division and eight from Bichkunda Sub-Division, and out of these there are 20 social workers, nine senior citizens and eight farmers.
