
Hyderabad, Sept.1 (NSS): The Sikh community people in Hyderabad got agitated after BJP MP and movie actress Kangana Ranaut compared the farmers of the country with Bangladeshi agitators. Chanting slogans against Kangana at Gauliguda Guru Dwara , her effigy was burnt by them .
They alleged that Kangana Ranaut compared Sikhs with terrorists in her movie Emergency and demanded that Kangana immediately take back her comments and apologise to them . They warned that the central and state governments should stop the Kangana Ranaut-starrer Emergency movie from screening in theatres and warned that, governments would be held responsible for any kind of violence at cinema halls . They demanded that Prime Minister Modi should intervene in the issue and suspend Kangana from the BJP besides removing her from the post of the MP.
In this dharna program Gowli Guda Gurdwara President Inder Singh, General Secretary Joginder Singh Bittu , President of Sikh Welfare committee Iqbal Singh and others participated.
