Attack on MLA Sunitha’s house in Gomaram: Four Congress ‘vandals’ booked

Hyderabad, Sept.23 (NSS)The house of BRS party MLA Sunitha Lakshma Reddy at Gomaram in Shivampet mandal of Medak district was attacked on Sunday night.

Following this, BRS party working president KT Rama Rao spoke to MLA Sunitha Lakshma Reddy and enquired about the details of the attack on her house in Gomaram last night. KTR assured full support to the MLA on the occasion. He made it clear that the morale of Sunita Lakshma Reddy cannot be disturbed with such attacks. KTR demanded that the State government take stern action against the vandals.

Former minister Harish Rao also reacted sharply to the dare-devil incident. He called Medak SP Uday Kumar Reddy and said action should be taken against those who attacked the residence of MLA Sunitha Lakshma Reddy. He said despite the attack in front of the police, they played the role of a mute spectator. Harish Rao asked the SP as to why the investigation was delayed despite the clear scenes of the attack.

Meanwhile, the police said a case had been registered against four people in connection with the attack on MLA Sunitha Lakshma Reddy’s house. The case was registered against Congress workers Ramesh, Narasimha, Bhaskar and Sudhakar on Manideepak’s complaint.
