
New Delhi, Sept.28 (NSS): Congress MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy today said the Tirumala laddu issue should not be politicised. He said due to the adulteration of the laddu, Tirumala had suffered losses. He also said the sentiments of the devotees had been hurt since they came to know about it.
Talking about Hydra activities, he said CM Revanth Reddy had put his words into practice to save Hyderabad and added that he was condemning the criticism of hydra programmes by former minister Harish Rao. MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy said former CM KCR had spoken about hydra in the past and stated that in Hyderabad, houses were being constructed on 28,000 nalas. He urged the media to support the government while demolishing illegal structures.
Reddy said Revanth Reddy was trying to keep the city in the same position as the lake city after he became the CM. “Every year, Hyderabad gets flooded due to heavy rains. Hydra is our future,” He said while noting that the future generations should live in Hyderabad. He said the government had taken steps to ensure that Hyderabad did not suffer due to floods.
