Hyderabad, Oct.28 (NSS): In a major step to enhance HR solutions globally, TConsult and Spryple signed a joint venture agreement in Hyderabad, spearheaded by TConsult Chairman Sundeep Kumar Makthala and Spryple CEO Venkat Boora. The agreement aims to support small and mid-sized businesses globally with advanced HR tools designed to streamline employee management, especially in regions like Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Spryple, developed by Devorks Solutions, is an advanced HR software that leverages AI-based facial recognition to automate attendance tracking and streamline payroll management. The platform is designed to support businesses of all sizes, covering the complete HR lifecycle from on boarding to separation. Headquartered at the vibrant T-HUB in Hyderabad, Spryple integrates cutting-edge technology into HR solutions, offering next-gen tools to modernize workforce management across borders.
Speaking at the event, Sundeep Kumar Makthala emphasized, “With employee counts starting from as low as five, small businesses face unique HR challenges. Spryple is the answer to simplify their workforce management tasks, making the process seamless and efficient.”

From TConsult, key figures such as Eswar Kota, Rajeev Ravulapati, Vamshi, and Narender were also in attendance.
