Hyderabad, Oct.29 (NSS) On October 29 afternoon Syed Khaleelullah alias Khaleel, Administrative Officer and Damalla Sudhakar, Jr. Assistant of Government Medical College, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, Palvancha were caught by ACB, Khammam Unit, when they allegedly demanded Rs 7,00,000/- and accepted bribe amount of Rs 3,00,000/- Khaleelullah as initial payment from the complainant for showing official favour i.e “to prepare the salary bills for outsourcing employees and to reinstate the 23 outsourcing employees supplied by the complainant, who were removed from the Government Medical College, Bhadradri Kothagudem, at Palvancha”. Thus, the accused performed their duty improperly and dishonestly to obtain undue advantage.
The bribe amount was recovered from the office table of Accused Officer. The accused officer-2 were arrested and produced before the Special Court for SPE & ACB cases-cum- III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Warangal.
