Hyderabad, Nov.6 (NSS): BRS party working president KT Rama Rao today warned that the jobs of officers, who are supporting the ruling party leaders, would be removed after their party returns to power. He alleged that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, State Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and industrialist Mega Krishna Reddy were looting Telangana.
Speaking to mediapersons at Telangana Bhavan on Wednesday, he alleged that in the name of water projects, the Chief Minister had opened up huge scams and minister Ponguleti’s Raghava Constructions and Mega Krishna Reddy’s companies were part of the scams. KTR questioned as to why Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay was not speaking on the issue.
“If huge scams are going on, what is the Central government doing? If he is in the cabinet, how can the State government give contracts to minister Ponguleti’s company? Ponguleti should be ready to go to jail,” he said. He wondered whether Ponguleti was a home minister to state that several BRS party leaders would go to jail?
Stating that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is gearing up for the Musi river beautification project, he said the contract for the Musi project would also be awarded to the East India Company owned by Megha Krishna Reddy. He alleged that the bundles were going to Maharashtra and Delhi and added that the BJP and the Congress were working together in Telangana. KTR said the BJP and the Congress would be confronted in the public domain and questioned as to why no action was taken if there were ED raids on Ponguleti.
