Bhadradri Kothagudem, Nov.24 (NSS): Former Yellandu MLA Ooke Abbayya (70) is no more. Abbayya, who had been suffering from health problems for some time, passed away in the early hours of Sunday while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad.
For the first time, Abbayya was elected as an MLA from Burgampadu in 1983. Later, he was elected to the Assembly from Yellandu constituency in 1994 and 2009.
