Hyderabad, Nov.25 (NSS): The Justice PC Gosh Commission has seized records related to the works of Kaleshwaram project, including Medigadda barrage in Hyderabad, from field engineers.
The Commission on Monday questioned the Medigadda AEEs and DEs and inquired about the construction works and other details of the dam. The justice, who expressed dissatisfaction with the engineers, said that they should only answer the questions asked and not give irrelevant answers that were thought out in advance.
The Commission seized the register books related to the work done at the field level and obtained signatures from the engineers on the books.
The Engineers said they had identified damage at the Kaleshwaram project and Medigadda barrage in 2020, stating that they had written letters to higher authorities and construction companies.
The Commission found that some register books related to quality control were missing.
