Hyderabad, Nov.27 (NSS): BJP State vice-president and former MLA Dr NVSS Prabhakar today said the Congress-BRS were continuing the same path in governance style in Telangana State and were confining themselves to criticism and counter-criticism just to convince the people. He also said if the K-Tax collection was carried out during the BRS party’s regime, the Congress government had been accused of collecting R-Tax.
“Rahul Gandhi’s left eye is KCR. He is behaving like Revanth Reddy with his right eye,” he alleged. He also alleged that the BRS-Congress parties were trying to cheat the people by confining themselves to criticism in the Miyapur land deal, Musi beautification, land acquisition for projects, defections and drug cases. He said the Congress party would continue to rule on the lines of BRS party thinking. “If KCR ruled from the farmhouse, now Revanth Reddy is going to Delhi and ruling. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who claimed to have rejected industrialist Adani’s donation, took a dig at the Congress party,” he said. He questioned as to why Revanth Reddy did not return the donations taken from the contractors who were responsible for the collapse of the Kaleswaram project, which was constructed with the Telangana State exchequer? ”Why has the Congress government not returned the donations received from encroachers and builders who have encroached lands on ponds in many parts of the State and converted them into a real estate business and looted crores of rupees,” he asked.
Speaking to mediapersons at the BJP Telangana State office, Dr N.V.S.S. Prabhakar expressed his displeasure over the incompetence and failure of the Congress party. He challenged CM Revanth Reddy whether he was ready for a discussion on the one-year rule of the Congress government in the public domain.
