Kishan speaks at BJP Sangathan Parv workshop

Hyderabad, Nov.30 (NSS): Union Minister & BJP Telangana State president G. Kishan Reddy today spoke at the BJP Sangathan Parv workshop held in the city.

Speaking on the occasion, he alleged that the ruling Congress party was following in the footsteps of its predecessor BRS party. He said there was a need to prepare a charge-sheet on public issues in various districts of Telangana and place it before the public by their party. “The Telangana State, which was achieved by the people of Telangana with great longing and struggles, became the family of the previous chief minister KCR for 10 years. If the Congress party won the last assembly elections, the family rule should have gone and KCR’s corruption should have been exposed. However, the Congress party is also following in the footsteps of the BRS party,” he alleged.

He said they were witnessing the arrogance, dictatorship, corruption and failures seen in the KCR government in the Congress government. Reddy said in the last parliamentary elections, the people did not give  a single MP seat to  the BRS party and added that Deposits had not even come for the party in many constituencies.

He alleged that the previous BRS government did not give even a single rupee to the gram panchayats and added that even after a year of the formation of the Congress government, the gram panchayats were not being funded. “The gram panchayats are getting funds from  15th finance funds. Small development programmes are underway by using these funds. Not a single section in the state is happy. People from all walks of life are unhappy,” he claimed. He said in the days to come, they  have to unite the people and take the path of movement and added that the Party programmes should be designed in that direction.
