Hyderabad, Nov.30 (NSS): CPI State secretary Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao today welcomed the decision of the cancellation of the Pharma Village proposal in Lagacharla village. He said he was happy that the government had taken the decision.
According to the public opinion, “Instead of Pharma Village, the government has notified for a multi-purpose industrial park. As part of this, land should be given to the land as part of the relief and rehabilitation package to the farmers, besides collecting less crop land from them. They asked for a social survey to be conducted in accordance with the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 and urged for suitable compensation, employment and proper rehabilitation. The government should fulfil the demands of the farmers,” he demanded.
