Hyderabad, Dec.4 (NSS): It is notified for the information of public that, a Dak Adalat to hear the complaints and grievances of Public related to postal services only will be conducted through virtual mode (online) by the Postmaster General, Head Quarters Region, Hyderabad. The Grievances related to Staff Matters, Service Matters, matters pending with courts (all types) will not be taken up in the Dak Adalat.
The “Regional level Dak Adalat” will be held on December 20 at 11 am at the office of The Postmaster General, Headquarters Region, Jama-i-Osmania Post office building, Hyderabad-500 007.
