
Hyderabad, Nov.29 (RAHNUMA): Former IT Minister and BRS Working President KT Rama Rao, has been invited as a key speaker at IGNITION – an ideas and leadership series by the Shiv Nadar Foundation, curated by journalist Shoma Chaudhury. The session is scheduled for December 2 at 6:30 PM at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai.
Under the theme “Rebooting the Republic”, KTR will delve into India’s fast-evolving economic and political landscape. He is expected to highlight technology’s central role in nation-building, the emergence of new innovation hubs, and the need for a refreshed framework for inclusive development. He will also share his views on shaping a credible third front in national politics and rebuilding India’s disrupted political narrative.
IGNITION, known for hosting influential voices across policy, economics, science and culture, aims to spark meaningful dialogue on India’s future.
Following KTR’s talk, the event will feature a discussion with former Chief Economic Advisor Arvind Subramanian and political scientist Devesh Kapur on their acclaimed book “A Sixth of Humanity”, which examines India’s socio-economic transformations and its 21st-century trajectory.
