Hyderabad, Dec.6 (RAHNUMA): The Indian Navy has commemorated Navy Day on December 4 marking the historic 1971 missile strike on Karachi Port that played a key role in India’s victory and the formation of Bangladesh.
As part of the celebrations, a 26-member Naval Band from Eastern Naval Command, Visakhapatnam, will present a one-hour musical concert at Sarath City Mall, Kondapur, on December 8 from 6 PM. The programme will feature multilingual performances, including popular Telugu songs, and is open to the public.
