Hyderabad, Dec.6 (RAHNUMA): Minister for Revenue Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy stated that the Telangana government’s ambitious Global Summit, planned for December 8 and 9 at Bharat Future City, is expected to serve as a global benchmark.
On Saturday, the Minister reviewed the preparations for the summit at Future City.
Speaking to the media later, he mentioned that prominent individuals from various sectors in India and around the world have been invited to attend the event.
He added, “This summit will outline the government’s initiatives and welfare programmes from the past two years, as well as its objectives and vision related to these areas for 2037 and 2047.”
“The arrangements for the summit are currently under review, following directives from Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Efforts are being made to establish comprehensive plans within the set timeline. The government is following a strategy aimed at enabling Telangana to compete not just with developed states, but with developed countries globally. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the people’s government is advancing towards the vision of Telangana Rising – 2047, with the goal of elevating Telangana to a leading position both nationally and internationally,” Ponguleti said.
The Minister also assured that the cancellation of IndiGo flights will not affect the summit, and the State government is implementing measures to guarantee that visiting guests experience no inconvenience.
