CARE INSURANCE SUMMIT 2025 CALLS FOR PATIENT-CENTRIC CLAIMS, COLLABORATIVE HEALTHCARE

Hyderabad, Dec.20 (RAHNUMA): The CARE Insurance Summit 2025 urged insurers to move beyond a narrow cost-control approach and adopt fair, patient-centric claims management practices, stressing that trust and transparency are central to sustainable healthcare delivery.

The summit acknowledged key operational challenges faced by insurers and TPAs, including regulatory compliance, medical appropriateness, turnaround timelines, and the need for improved coordination to ensure better patient care. Speakers emphasised the importance of consistent communication and shared standards across stakeholders.

Concluding the summit, CARE Hospitals reaffirmed the need for structured dialogue, institutional trust, and coordinated action among hospitals, insurers and TPAs to build a resilient, outcome-driven healthcare ecosystem.
