Hyderabad, Dec.21 (RAHNUMA): Telangana state BJP President N Ramchander Rao on Sunday strongly opposed inclination of the state Congress government led by chief minister Revanth Reddy to bring a hatred bill on par with Karnataka government.
Rao accused Congress leaders of indulging in hatred campaign by making anti-sanatan remarks. Is it no hate speech when CM Revanth Reddy had commented on Hindu gods and made remarks stating that “Congress is Muslims and Muslims is Congress” during Jubilee Hills bye-elections, he questioned.
The state BJP chief alleged that Telangana government is trying to bring a bill on par with Karnataka government only to harass BJP workers and target BJP.
The BJP would oppose any such move by Telangana Congress government, he said and condemned the move.
Rao said BRS president and ex-Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao after a long time coming out and involving in politics which will not make any difference. It was like OTP, he quipped and said that the BRS has no credibility among the people as they have experienced and realised that BRS leaders have involved in deep neck of corruption during its regime.
