Hyderabad, Jan.1 (RAHNUMA): Bharatiya Janata Party state president N. Ramchander Rao on Thursday extended New Year greetings to the people of Telangana and the nation on the occasion of New Year 2026.
In a statement, he said that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India made rapid progress across the sectors in 2025 and urged citizens to actively participate in building a “Developed India” in 2026.
Highlighting India’s economic rise, Ramchander Rao noted that the country, with a GDP of $4.18 Trillion, had surpassed Japan to become the world’s fourth-largest economy and was on track to soon emerge as the third-largest.
He appealed to the citizens to embrace the spirit of ‘Nation First’, draw inspiration from Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and work collectively under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership to achieve national development goals
