KCR, KTR CONDOLE AJIT PAWAR’s DEATH

Hyderabad, Jan.28 (RAHNUMA): BRS chief and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Wednesday expressed deep condolences over the death of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, who was killed along with five others in a chartered plane crash in Baramati district of Maharashtra.

KCR said Ajit Pawar, who began his public life as a farmer leader and rose to become a key figure in Maharashtra politics, had served the people in various capacities, calling his death an ‘irreparable loss’ to the state. He conveyed heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family.

BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao also paid tributes, describing Ajit Pawar as a leader with a ‘strong connect to the masses’, and extended condolences to his family and colleagues.

The fatal crash occurred while Ajit Pawar and others were travelling to participate in an election campaign in Baramati.
