FTCCI puts spotlight on value-driven real estate at Telangana summit

Hyderabad, Jan.31 (RAHNUMA): The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) hosted a high-level summit titled “Telangana Real Estate: Creating Value Beyond the Square Foot” at T-Hub, Hyderabad, bringing together senior policymakers, developers, investors and industry experts to chart the next phase of the state’s real estate growth.

As Hyderabad accelerates its journey towards becoming a global urban and economic hub, discussions at the summit moved beyond conventional real estate metrics to focus on sustainability, infrastructure-led development, alternative asset classes, youth aspirations, and long-term urban resilience aligned with the “Hyderabad 2034” vision.

Welcoming the participants, K.K. Maheshwari, Senior Vice President, FTCCI, said the sector has evolved beyond bricks and mortar, with emphasis now on building ecosystems, enabling livelihoods, and enhancing quality of life.

Panel discussions examined key issues shaping the market, including demand dynamics between mid-segment and premium housing, the impact of policy and infrastructure corridors on real estate viability, the growing role of alternative assets, and the need to align urban development with inclusivity and sustainability.

The summit was supported by NAREDCO Telangana as supporting partner, JLL India as knowledge partner, Nikhila Constructions and Developers as title partner, and HMDA Truck Dock Logistics Pvt Ltd as associate partner.

Speakers underlined the importance of integrated urban planning, long-term investment perspectives, and stronger collaboration between government and industry to ensure sustainable and resilient growth.
