Hyderabad, Feb.27 (RAHNUMA): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organized the “Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Vaktala Shikshana Maha Abhiyan” (Orators’ Training Campaign) at its state office in Hyderabad under the chairmanship of state president N. Ramchander Rao.
Addressing the gathering, Rao emphasized that training programmes play a crucial role in educating new workers and leaders joining the party from various professions about the party’s ideology, organizational structure, and methods of public leadership. He said the campaign is being conducted nationwide, and in Telangana, training sessions are being organized at every mandal centre to help the BJP evolve as a cadre-based, ideologically driven mass party.
Further, Rao said that the party is focusing on strengthening the capabilities of its workers by enhancing their understanding of party ideology and leadership skills through structured training initiatives. During the session, he guided the party workers on ideological clarity, organizational activities, and leadership qualities.
The programme witnessed the participation of Dr. Kasam Venkateshwarlu (In-charge of the South India Training Campaign), Vemula Ashok (BJP Telangana State General Secretary), Kalyan Naik (State Vice President), O.S. Reddy and Baddam Mahipal Reddy (State Secretaries), along with other senior leaders.
As part of the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Abhiyan 2026, Rao also took part in a training programme organized in Nalgonda, where he addressed party workers from the combined districts of Nalgonda, Khammam and Warangal.
Recalling the contributions of Deendayal Upadhyaya, Rao said that during his 16-year tenure as Organization Secretary, he shaped party workers to be ideologically strong, disciplined, and dedicated to national service. He stressed that Upadhyaya believed a strong organization is built not only by leadership but by trained and committed grassroots workers. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the party continues to advance the spirit of “Swadeshi and Atmanirbhar Bharat”, strengthening India’s self-reliance while preserving its civilizational values.
He urged BJP workers to internalize Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya’s ideals and work with dedication to strengthen the party structure down to the booth level.
