(RAHNUMA) Hyderabad: Shri Syed Azeez Pasha, President of the Indian Society for Cultural Co-operation and Friendship (ISCUF) and former Member of Parliament (CPI), has strongly condemned what he described as an unprecedented joint military attack by the United States and Israel on Iran
In his statement, he said that hundreds of people were killed in the attack, including civilians, girl students, and children. He described the action as a violation of international law and stated that the failure of the Geneva talks was being used as a pretext, despite Iran having shown flexibility in negotiations.
He also expressed concern over the US military presence in the region and the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, warning that it could impact global peace and the world economy.
Shri Pasha urged the Government of India to condemn the action and to take immediate steps to ensure the safety of Indian nationals residing in Iran. He announced that ISCUF would organize protest programs on the issue.
