CYBERABAD TRAFFIC POLICE LAUNCH SHORT FILM CONTEST ON ROAD SAFETY

Hyderabad, March 12 (RAHNUMA): The Cyberabad Traffic Police has announced an “Open Road Safety Short Films / Reels Making Competition” as part of its “Arrive Alive” Road Safety campaign, aiming to spread awareness on safe driving practices.

Aspiring filmmakers, directors, social media influencers, students, and the general public are invited to participate by creating short films or reels between 30 and 90 seconds highlighting road safety issues. Entries exceeding the 90-second limit will not be considered.

Participants can focus on themes such as wrong-side driving, dangerous driving, lane discipline and overtaking, riding without helmets, mobile phone usage while driving, drunken driving, driving without seatbelts, overspeeding, and defensive driving.

The last date for submission is March 31, 2026. Entries will be judged on creativity, informative value, visual appeal, sound and overall quality.

Cash prizes will be awarded for the top three entries, while appreciation letters will be given to all participants along with consolation prizes for select entries.

The Cyberabad Traffic Police urged the citizens to actively participate and contribute to the mission of promoting road safety and saving lives.
