Empowering Women through Education: Prof. G. Pushpa Chakrapani

Spoke extensively on the university’s rapid progress and the transformative vision of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani. She highlighted the VC’s commitment to making BRAOU a “hub for skill development” rather than just a degree-granting institution. Under his leadership, the university has embraced digital transformation and strategic MoUs with organizations like WE-HUB to ensure students are industry-ready. She urged students to utilize the ‘Samata’ scholarship for empowerment and the ‘Nipuna’ scholarship for skill-based training.

Prof. H. Srinivas Rao (Retd.) Dept. Of Commerce, Indira Priyadarshini Government Degree College for Women, Nampally, was the Guests of Honour for the program. He focused on the mechanics of achievement. He challenged students to embrace “Practical Knowledge” over rote learning and shared his “4 Ps” formula for success: Planning, Preparation, Practice, and Presentation. He asserted that while we cannot control our birth, we have the absolute power to choose our careers and shape our own futures through disciplined decision-making.
