New Delhi, March 18 (RAHNUMA): Peddapalli MP Gaddam Vamsi Krishna on Wednesday urged for enhancing pensions for the retired Singareni workers during a meeting with the Coal Mines Provident Fund (CMPF) Commissioner Sajeesh Kumar N at his office in New Delhi.
During the meeting, the MP strongly advocated for an immediate enhancement of pensions for retired Singareni coal workers under the CMPF Scheme, 1998. The MP explained that retired workers from Singareni were currently facing financial hardships due to meager pension amounts they received. In response, the officials assured him that the matter would be examined sympathetically and take appropriate measures in accordance with established procedures.
