Hyderabad, March 31 (RAHNUMA): Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla has extended greetings to all jain brothers and sisters in the state on the occasion of Mahaveer Jayanti.
In a statement here on Tuesday, the Governor stated that Lord Mahaveer, one of the most revered spiritual leaders, propagated the eternal values of truth, non-violence, compassion, and austerity. His teachings continue to guide humanity towards a path of peace, harmony, and righteous living, he said.
The Governor further added that the life and ideals of Lord Mahaveer remain a timeless source of inspiration for all, encouraging us to lead lives rooted in ethical values and mutual respect.
