In a statement here on Sunday, the Chief Minister said Asha Bhosle’s extraordinary contribution to Indian music, marked by unmatched versatility and excellence across decades and languages, leaves behind an enduring legacy that will continue to inspire generations.
“Her demise is a significant loss to the nation’s cultural and artistic fraternity,” Revanth Reddy said.
The Chief Minister conveyed his sincere sympathies to the bereaved family members, admirers and the global music community, and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
