SEETHAKKA HONOURED WITH BEST SERVICE AWARD BY VENKAIAH NAIDU

Hyderabad, April 29 (RAHNUMA):Telangana Minister Seethakka was conferred the ‘Best Service Award’ by the Srinivasa Ramanujan Foundation at a grand meeting held here at Shilpakala Vedika, Madhapur.

The award was presented by former Vice President of India M. Venkaiah Naidu in the presence of a large gathering of students and dignitaries. She was recognised for her notable contributions to public service, particularly in rural development and the welfare of women and children.

Expressing gratitude, Seethakka said it was an honour to receive the award from Venkaiah Naidu, whom she described as a respected leader with vast public service experience.

Addressing the students, she stressed the importance of consistent effort, clear goals and dedication to education. She noted that hard work during student life lays the foundation for a dignified future, adding that education is a lifelong asset that builds self-respect.

Sharing her personal journey, she revealed that although she discontinued studies after Class 10, she later resumed her education and went on to complete LL.B, LL.M, and a Ph.D while continuing her public service.

She also lauded Mulugu district for securing top rank in Class 10 results across the state, crediting disciplined teaching and effective administrative coordination. She congratulated students for their achievements.

Minister Konda Surekha, journalist Venkat Narayana and several other dignitaries attended the event.
