Hyderabad, May 22 (RAHNUMA): The 74th Divisional Railway Users Consultative Committee (DRUCC) meeting of South Central Railway’s Hyderabad Division was held on Friday at Hyderabad Bhavan, Secunderabad, under the chairmanship of Santosh Kumar Verma, divisional railway manager.
The meeting reviewed key achievements and development works carried out during 2025-26 and the ongoing financial year, including progress under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. Officials also briefed the members on passenger amenity projects and infrastructure upgrades across the division.
DRUCC members appreciated the developmental initiatives and sought introduction of new trains, additional stoppages, special train services and improved passenger facilities such as lifts and escalators at stations.
The DRM assured the members that all representations and suggestions would be examined as per existing railway guidelines and necessary action taken. D.S. Rama Rao, Additional Divisional Railway Manager; Dr. Anirudh Pamar. Z, Secretary and Senior Divisional Commercial Manager and other Branch Officers of Hyderabad Division present in the meeting.
