Hyderabad, May 29 (RAHNUMA): Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has expressed deep sorrow upon learning of the passing of Congress senior leader , who served as minister in the erstwhile united Andhra Pradesh.
In a statement here on Friday, the Chief Minister recalled that Venkat Reddy was elected MLA five times and also held various portfolios as Minister efficiently.
Describing the departed Congress leader as a person renowned for his gentle nature and patience, the Chief Minister noted that Venkat Reddy had undertaken numerous people’s welfare schemes during his stint as minister and Legislator. He said the demise of the senior Congress leader is an irreparable loss and prayed to God the departed soul rest in peace. Revanth Reddy also conveyed his deepest sympathies to the bereaved family members.
