Jangaon, July 30 (NSS): Family members of Thallapalli Nagaraju from Janagaon District Head Quarter and 15 members of his brothers’ family went to Ayodhya two days ago. They visited the local temples, including the Ram Mandir and went to river Sarayu Laxman Ghat at 8 am on Monday morning for Holy bath.
However, due to heavy rains, flood water was released from above and the ghat was flooded. As a result, five of them fell into the water and four reached the shore safely. A girl was washed away in the flood water. No matter how much search since yesterday morning, the whereabouts of the girl was not known. Union Ministers Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay talked to the Uttar Pradesh officials, but without much result. The family members are still at Laxman Ghat shedding tears as they do not know the whereabouts of the girl Tejaswini,studying Intermediate Second Year in ABV Junior College Jangaon.
