Hyderabad, Dec.6 (RAHNUMA): Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka said Dr. B.R. Ambedkar is the great personality who gave every common person the powerful weapon of the right to vote, enabling them to shape their own future.
Bhatti Vikramarka paid tributes to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s statue at Lower Tank Bund, Hyderabad on Saturday on the occasion of his death anniversary.
Speaking to the media on the occasion, he said, “It is our good fortune that such a great leader was born in India, who provided every individual with the opportunity to elect the government they want and carve their own destiny through their vote,”.
Bhatti Vikramarka said Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s ideas are guiding principles for the governance of the state, and in the future too, not only for the state but for the entire nation, his thoughts will continue to serve as a guiding light. Following his ideology is the true path to a great future for this country, he said.
The Deputy Chief Minister stated that Ambedkar is the great leader who gifted the world’s largest democracy with a strong and remarkable Constitution.
“Ambedkar’s thoughts and his path should serve as inspiration for us to uphold democracy in this country, to build a society free of inequalities, and to ensure that all economic, social, and material resources of this nation are distributed fairly and equally among everyone. Walking on his path is the greatest tribute we can offer him,” Bhatti Vikramarka said.
