Cairo, March 18 (QNA) – The Arab League hosted a meeting on Saturday to discuss means of solving the Libyan crisis .
The meeting is attended by Secretary-General of the pan-Arab body Ahmed Abul-Gheit, African Union (AU) envoy Jakaya Kikwete, UN envoy Martin Kobler and EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.
The meeting tackled developments in Libya and efforts to settle the crisis and bridge the gap between Libyan parties to resume political dialogue.
Earlier this month, Abul-Gheit said contacts were underway to hold a quadrilateral meeting to accelerate peace efforts in Libya. (QNA)
