Asaf Jahi Descendants Meet Prince Mufakkham Jah to Discuss Education and Sports

(RAHNUMA) HYDERABAD In a significant gathering, students who descend from Hyderabad’s erstwhile Asaf Jahi royal family of Nizam’s I – VI met with His Highness Colonel Prince Muffakham Jah Mir Karamat Ali Khan Siddiqi Bahadur, the brother of late H.E.H. Asaf Jah VII Prince Mukarram Jah Bahadur, Nizam of Hyderabad.

The meeting took place thanks to the effort of Sahibzada Mir Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, General Secretary of the Asaf Jahi Nizams Sahebzadagan Association.

The focus of the discussion was not only on the education and upbringing of the younger generation of Hyderabadis, but also on the importance of technological education.

Prince Mufakkham Jah praised the students for their dedication to balancing their academic pursuits with sports. He emphasized that achieving excellence in both education and sports is crucial. He also highlighted the importance of leadership within the community and encouraged the students to learn from the experiences of their elders. He urged the new generation to maintain their determination and assured them of guidance in other issues as well.

Prince Muffakham Jah father was the Nizam of Hyderabad Mir Osman Ali Khan’s eldest son General His Highness Azam Jah Nawab Sir Mir Himayat Ali Khan and his mother Her Imperial Highness Princess Durru Shehvar Sultan was the daughter of His Majesty Caliph Abdulmejid II, Turkey’s the last Caliph.
