Hyderabad, Oct.6 (NSS): The sleuths of Bachupally Police have apprehended a group of bike offenders involved in the theft of high-end motorcycles. The arrested individuals include Pamarthi Himanushu, son of Srinivas, aged 19 years, residing in Nizampet, Bachupally, originally from Akiveedu village, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh; B. Anil alias Bageli Anil, son of Ramraj, aged 19 years, residing in Bachupally, originally from Bagwon village, Seedi District, Madhya Pradesh along with one juvenile in conflict with the law, the accused were involved in the theft of nine motorcycles, including KTMs and R15s, across various police station limits, including Bachupally PS, KPHB PS, and RC Puram PS. The accused have been implicated in eight theft cases and were arrested on October 5, 2024, by Bachupally police. A total of nine stolen motorcycles, valued at Rs. 12,00,000/-, were seized from their possession.
The two accused and one juvenile in conflict with the law are being presented before the Court. This successful operation was carried out by the crime team of Bachupally PS under the supervision of J. Upender, Inspector of Police, and G. Thimmappa, Detective Inspector, with guidance from Srinivasa Rao, ACP of Kukatpally Division, and K. Suresh Kumar, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Balanagar Zone, Cyberabad Commissionerate.
