ABU DHABI // Beaches along the corniche will be partially closed until May 5 in preparation for the Mother of the UAE’s Festival, which will take place from March 26 until April 4, municipal officials have announced.The closure affects Family Beach, which is accessible from gates 1 and 2, and Lagoon Beach.Abu Dhabi Municipality said the closure is necessary ahead of the festival. The closed areas have been made clear to the public through signs displayed across the beach, while other parts will remain open and accessible to beach goers.
