
Hyderabad, Sept.21 (NSS): Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka along with a team of officials on Saturday left for an official tour to the United States of America and Japan from Hyderabad.
The delegation will be on tour from September 21 to October 4, with a focus on promoting investments and exploring advancements in the mining and green power sectors.
During the visit, the Deputy Chief Minister and his team will attend an international mining expo and meet with key investors and industry leaders. The tour aims to gain insights into modern technological advancements and invite investments in Telangana’s growing mining and green energy sectors.
On September 24 & 25, the team will participate in the International Mining Expo at Las Vegas, USA, where they will engage in discussions with CEOs and representatives from various companies. They will also visit the Hoover Dam during the period.
On September 27, the delegation will review the battery energy storage systems of Edwards & Sanborn, a leading company in the sector. Similarly, Bhatti Vikramarka will conduct meetings with investors and technical experts on September 28.
The Deputy Chief Minister will arrive in Tokyo, Japan on September 29 and will attend a dinner hosted by local diplomats and participate in a roundtable meeting with investors on September 30.
On October 1, Bhatti Vikramarka will hold one-on-one meetings with investors and visit the Yamanshi Green Hydrogen Plant.
Similarly, the team will tour the headquarters of Toshiba and Kawasaki, before traveling to Osaka, Japan on October 2. The Deputy Chief Minister will visit the Panasonic headquarters in Osaka on October 3. On the next day, the delegation will return to Hyderabad.
Senior officials, including K Ramakrishna Rao, Special Chief Secretary ( Finance), Ronald Ross, Energy Secretary, Balaram Naik, Singareni CMD, Krishna Bhaskar, Special Secretary to the Deputy Chief Minister accompanied Bhatti Vikramarka.
The visit is expected to strengthen Telangana’s ties with global investors and industries, especially in mining and renewable energy sectors, fostering future collaborations and investments.
