Hyderabad, Sept.18 (NSS): Boxer Nikhat Zareen received an appointment letter of Deputy Superintendent of Police ( DSP) at the hands of Telangana DGP Jitender here on Wednesday.
On the decision of Cabinet meeting which was held on August 1, 2024, the State government directed the Home Department to amend Section 4 of the Telangana Regulation of Appointments to the Public Services and Rationalization of Staff Pattern and Pay Stracture Act and give the job to Nikhat Zareen under Sports quota.
