Hyderabad, July 1 (NSS): BRS leader Manne Krishank today criticized the Congress party and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for taking credits to various claims and initiatives undertaken during BRS government.
Talking to mediapersons at Telangana Bhavan, Krishank mocked the Telangana Congress party chief by terming him as a “Pedha Credit Chor” (PCC) (Big credit thief). Krishank accused Revanth Reddy of being desperate for credit. Krishank found it laughable that Revanth Reddy attributed Rahul Gandhi’s election as the Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha to himself.
Krishank pointed out that it was KTR who brought Foxconn to Telangana, yet the Congress party is claiming this achievement as their own. He also highlighted that the BRS government successfully completed the Sitarama project, but Congress is hogging the credit for it. He said even for Smart Cities deadline extension, Revanth is dubiously taking the credit without any substance.
Regarding the Central government’s decision to merge the Cantonment with GHMC, Krishank stated that the Congress party is falsely taking credit for this move. He clarified that the Central government decided to merge all cantonment boards with State governments nationwide. He emphasized that KTR had made several trips to Delhi to meet Central ministers, urging them to merge the Secunderabad Cantonment Board with the State government.
Krishank criticized Revanth Reddy for not attending a special meeting on cantonment land issues as the Malkajgiri MP. He also pointed out that Revanth Reddy, as PCC president, made numerous promises to the people. He questioned Rahul Gandhi’s promise of providing two lakh jobs in the first year at Ashok Nagar and inquired about the status of the Congress job calendar and the mega DSC.
Krishank also questioned the Congress party’s commitment to providing a 1:100 chance for Group-1 mains as promised and accused the Congress party of making empty guarantees while scams come forward. He held the Congress government responsible for the issue concerning Mothilal Naik, OU student, who is on hunger strike. (NSS)
