
Hyderabad, Feb.22 (RAHNUMA): The Central Bank of India on Sunday organised a mega retail outreach programme in the Hyderabad region successfully, reinforcing its commitment to expanding retail credit and strengthening customer relationships.
The programme was graced by M. V. Murali Krishna, Executive Director; K. Dharasing Naik, Zonal Head – Hyderabad; N. Janardhan Rao, Managing Director of NJR Constructions; and Ravi Polishetty, managing director of Kranti constructions, along with valued customers and senior Bank officials.
Addressing the gathering, the Executive Director stated that the Bank is currently offering competitive and attractive interest rates under various retail loan schemes, including Grihalakshmi Housing Loan, Home Loans, Gold Loans, and Vehicle Loans. He highlighted that the Bank’s strong CASA base and comfortable liquidity position enable it to offer customer-friendly lending rates.
He further emphasised that customers are the Bank’s true brand ambassadors and the cornerstone of its sustained growth.
Sharing his experience, N. Janardhan Rao noted that he began his banking journey with a modest deposit of ₹500 and today avails credit facilities exceeding ₹100 crore, maintaining an exclusive banking relationship with the Bank.
During the interactive session, customers appreciated the proactive support and customer-centric guidance extended by Branch Managers in helping them choose suitable financial products.
During the overall campaign period, the Hyderabad region sanctioned retail loans amounting to ₹235 crore surpassing the given target. On the campaign day, in-principle sanction letters aggregating ₹12.00 crore were issued.
