The Minister noted that the message of Jesus Christ, which calls for peace, love and forgiveness—even towards adversaries—remains a guiding light for the world.
Referring to Telangana’s history, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said December holds special significance for the people of the State, as December 9 marks both the announcement of Telangana Statehood and the birthday of Congress leader Sonia Gandhi, who was instrumental in granting statehood.
The Minister said that under the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, the people’s government is working decisively for the welfare of all sections of society. He cited the implementation of humane welfare schemes such as Indiramma Houses and distribution of fine rice as examples of the government’s commitment.
Acknowledging the State’s financial challenges, he said that despite constraints, the government has been steadily restoring fiscal and administrative stability over the last two years through collective efforts.
The Minister prayed that with the blessings of Lord Jesus Christ, people may live in happiness and that Telangana continues to progress on the path of development.
