Hyderabad, Nov.9 (NSS): BRS party working president KT Rama Rao today expressed his displeasure over the handing over of Narayanapet-Kodangal lift work to Megha and Raghava construction companies. KTR alleged that CM Revanth Reddy was indulging in huge corruption through the lift irrigation projects.
“The work on the project was distributed to Megha and Raghava Constructions like pieces of cake. How will you pay for Megha and Raghava constructions, who have quoted more than companies like L&T and NCC (Nagarjuna Constructions Company),” KTR questioned the Congress government. He said Megha, who was responsible for the Sunkishala accident, should have been blacklisted, but the project was gifted to Megha company. He alleged that Telangana was being used as an ATM to fill the Congress party’s treasury. KTR said he would continue to question this corrupt government.
