Hyderabad, Dec.3 (NSS): BRS party MLA K.P. Vivekananda has made it clear that they would raise the issue of the anarchic rule of CM Revanth Reddy in the upcoming Assembly session.
Addressing media conference at Telangana Bhavan in the city, he alleged that CM Revanth Reddy had cheated all sections of the people. “We are questioning the Congress and Revanth Reddy for celebrating the victory celebrations on what they have achieved. Revanth Reddy is being questioned for not implementing the promises made by the Congress party and is doing divergence politics. We have given time to the State government and we won’t give it anymore. Congress ministers and MLAs have no faith in the CM. We will raise the issue in the Assembly that guarantees have not been implemented,” he said. He alleged that Revanth Reddy had cut the throats of the BRS party MLAs, who had joined the Congress party with a wet cloth and claimed that many of the senior Congress leaders were in touch with former CM KCR.
He alleged that Congress leaders were harassing their party’s social media workers by using the police officials and were deliberately registering cases against their party leaders. He said the police should remember that it was not a permanent government.
Vivekananda claimed that during KCR’s regime, the lives of all sections of the society were illuminated and added that during the Congress rule, artisans were coming out on the roads and staging dharnas. “While the Nai Brahmins are agitating for a concession in electricity charges, four lakh families dependent on fisheries are not getting any help in the Revanth Reddy government. KCR has given schemes to the fisheries and industrial associations with 100 per cent subsidy. KCR’s government is credited with increasing it from Rs 2,200 crore to Rs 6,200 crore. Revanth has not yet given 50 per cent of the fish seeds and elections to the fishermen’s trade unions are being held only in 12 districts and the elections should be held in the remaining 21 districts of the state . There is a possibility of electing the chairman at the state level only if elections are held for them,” he said. He criticized CM Revanth Reddy for moving ahead with negligence. He warned that if the government does not respond to the issues that are being faced by the caste professions, the BRS agitation would be on the path of agitation.
