Hyderabad, Oct.28 (NSS): Former minister & BRS party MLA Harish Rao today alleged that CM Revanth Reddy had cheated everyone from school-going children to the elderly who take pension. He said Revanth Reddy’s brain was full of poison and added that there was no vision for him.
Speaking to media persons at Telangana Bhavan here on Monday, Rao said Revanth Reddy had cheated the employees, the unemployed and other sections of the people and added that he was attacking the Opposition today. “If we stand on people’s issues as the main Opposition party, there are attacks on the BRS party leaders and activists. “Those who have vision do not do this, the CM has bankrupted the State. The State’s revenue has gone down,” Harish Rao claimed.
He said on behalf of the people, the BRS party was standing up against the ruling Congress government while CM Revanth Reddy was indulging in diversion politics. “He is trying to divert the thoughts of the people in some way or the other. Don’t do your divergent politics. People will not leave you. Revanth Reddy spoke about me in a clumsy way when he cornered the government on the crop loan waiver issue.
KTR has exposed CM’s corruption in the Musi river beautification project. The CM was trying to attack our family members to divert attention. It’s nothing but shame,” he said. He made it clear that they were not against the Musi river project and development but against the demolition the houses of the poor in the name of the beautification. “Since KTR is fighting for the rights of the poor, the CM is conspiring to hurt his character by throwing mud at him,” he said while claiming that people have understood CM’s drama.
Claiming that every section of the society in the State is on the road, Rao said the students of the gurukuls took to the road to get food free of insects. “The students protested for their scholarships, unemployed for jobs, farmers for loan waiver, Anganwadis for salaries, GP staff to release funds to panchayats. The people of CM’s own assembly constituency Kodangal protested against the establishment of a pharma company,” he added.
