Hyderabad, Oct.18 (NSS): BRS party working president KT Rama Rao today claimed that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was upset as people had understood that Musi river beautification project was meant for looting the State. He said Revanth Reddy was trying hard to cover up his mistake by fearing that his mistakes would be exposed. KTR gave a power point presentation on the Musi river beautification project at Telangana Bhavan here today.
Speaking on the occasion, KTR said Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, on Thursday revealed his ignorance for nearly two-and-a-half hours by thinking that he was exhibiting some science project. KTR criticized that the CM had exposed himself by stating falsehoods, infidelities, half-truths and meaningless absurd arguments.
“No survey was conducted in the Musi catchment area. People are saying that the survey has not been conducted. However, the CM said the survey had been going on since the last two months now. With JCBs and labourers, houses are being demolished. Videos have also appeared on social media as evidence of this,” he said.
He alleged that Revanth Reddy tried to mislead the people with all the lies, starting from the targets of the project to the estimated cost of lakhs of rupees. “It’s not a Musi beautification. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is in the throes of looting among the people. He is trying to hoodwink the people with the magic of graphics. The Congress leaders are planning a scam of ₹1.5 lakh crore. It will be recognised by the society,” he said. He mocked that Chief Minister’s Musi’s love was actually meant for the money bundles to be sent to Delhi.
