Hyderabad, Nov.15 (NSS): Minister for Tourism Jupally Krishna Rao has informed that the State government will constitute a committee soon for promoting tourism, mainly attracting foreign visitors and showcasing Telangana’s tourist, cultural, heritage buildings and historical places.
The Minister attended the Tavernia Fest organised at Hitex in Madhapur on Friday as the chief guest. The Fest was organised with the aim of providing comprehensive information to tourism lovers about the tourist, heritage, historical places around the world, the lifestyle, food habits, culture and traditions of the people of those places.
Speaking on the occasion, Jupally Krishna Rao said the State government under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has given a big boost to the tourism sector and it is initiating many schemes for the promotion of tourism in Telangana.
He requested the people to visit the tourist destinations of Telangana and act as ambassadors for the tourism promotion.
